Structural characteristics of chiller

1. As the heart of the freezer, the compressor adopts Taiwan Hanzhong semi-hermetic screw compressor, semi-enclosed design, only three moving parts, with the characteristics of small number of parts and low failure rate.

2 evaporator (titanium tube type, 316L stainless steel type) and condenser are made according to the national refrigeration industry material use indicators, within 1%;

3. Expansion valves, filters, high and low pressure meters, solenoid valves and other refrigeration components are made of France, Taiwan, Japan and other international famous brands, with high precision, low failure rate and long service life.

4. Using microcomputer controller, the water temperature can be accurately controlled within +5 °C to +35 °C, and the temperature difference is ± 1 °C

5. All controls are set on the front of the freezer, just press the switch, adjust to the required temperature, can be operated automatically, simple and fast.

6. Equipped with compressor overload protection, pump overload protection, high and low pressure abnormal protection, water level lack protection, antifreeze protection and electronic time delay and other safety protection devices, abnormal alarm buzzer and fault indicator warning system, the circuit can be automatically cut off, safe and reliable.
